What size storage unit should I book?
It's easy. Tell us what you have to store, and our friendly consultants can advise you the best unit size and service for you. Call us on 01522 524772 or email us at info@scott-storage.co.uk
You can use our Load at Home service where we can bring a storage unit to you instead of hiring a van, and loading your items twice. This will save you time and money and best of all, less work!
Will my items be stored in a secured location? Where?
Our purpose built freehold self storage facility was built in 2015 and customers benefit from using our highly secure, insulated storage with monitored 24 hour CCTV and state-of-the-art security surveillance.
Can I access my storage unit?
Yes. You have unlimited access to your unit. Call us in advance to book a time slot, and your unit will be available at our large loading bay for your drive up access, with no stairs or lifts to worry about. If you use our outdoor storage units, simply visit us during opening hours 7 days a week.
What items are not allowed for storage?
For your safety and to comply with our Insurers policy, we don't allow flammable substances, hazardous or toxic material, stolen items, weapons, food or any opened food containers, plants or animals. If you're unsure if any items is allowed, please call us.
Are there any offers for long term storage?
Yes. We have a number of special offers that include, free collection with you loading your unit at home, prepayment storage discounts, and a number of free additional services such as taking your deliveries into store, fork lifting service and shelving for your unit.
