If your storage unit is retrieved by our staff or you use our Self Store at Your Door service, simply call or email us at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival time and we'll have your storage unit available, in our large undercover loading bays.
It's so much easier to access as you can drive right up to your unit with no long carry or lifts and stairs to navigate with bulky items.
Plus it will provide greater security for unloading and loading
For urgent access during our long opening hours, we can provide your unit if needed same day, but subject to availability at the time. Our staff will endeavour to help you.
