Q. Can I view the self storage facility without appointment during business hours?
(If possible, go and take a look at the facility first. Many storage companies only show pictures of the units on their websites. You should look for pictures of the building inside and out to get a good idea of the type of company you're dealing with)

(We only provide space you actually need - up or downsize anytime)
Q. What access do I have and is this inside the storage facility?
(We give you free unlimited access during business hours and out of bad weather, plus - drive up to every storage unit unlike rooms)
Q. Do you have a reception area at your storage facility?
(Some companies have only limited customer facilities)
Q. Do you have packaging materials I can buy on arrival?
(A wide selection of useful boxes and packaging is available for purchase)
Q. Do you provide in-store assistance with heavier items I can't manage myself?
(We can provide this in addition to our forklift with driver service if needed or even accept deliveries into store on your behalf and give you a call when they arrive)
Q. What security arrangements do you have?
(We offer digital recorded CCTV inside and outside the storage facility, locked gated facility with 24/7 patrol and fire alarm system)
Q. Is a deposit charged when I start my storage contract?
(Some storage companies charge deposits plus the first months' rental in advance. We don't ask you you to pay a deposit).
Q. How long have you been in business for and what is the financial standing of the company particularly as I want long term storage?
