Free Storage Access
When you need to add or retrieve items, simply call us at at least 4 hours in advance (to save you waiting), and we'll have your container ready for you, undercover in our large loading bay, at no extra charge (notice not required for outside container storage)
We can even bring your mobile container to your home for customer access for just a small charge, if you need to add or remove items (excludes steel containers)
Free Moving Boxes
Store with us for 6 months or more and get 5 x FREE Pack II moving boxes worth £15 when you pre-pay in advance for the duration of the term required (minimum storage 6 months, and You Load, You Deliver To Us using your vehicle)
Free Expert Removal, Self Storage, Shipping & Packing Advice
Store and pre-pay for 2 months' or more and we'll collect your container for free*You can still collect your goods from us within the initial 2 months.

Free collection applies to move-in only, 2 months pre-pay minimum charge for free collection, 6 months pre-pay minimum charge for free collection and delivery within same zone, advance storage payment by monthly direct debit, subject to access, location and availability.
Delivery from store is charged at standard rates within our delivery zone if storing less than 6 months term and or no 6 month pre-payment made (please call us with your address details).
Free collection or delivery to and from store applies where the customer self loads and unloads the container using our Mobile Self Storage Vehicle, and one free offer per customer and address allowed.
